Abilities and Weapons:
Him can morph his body or specific body parts into different forms or weapons. This ability enables him to adapt to various combat situations and surprise his opponents. For example, he can transform his arms into sharp blades for close combat or extend his limbs to gain an advantage in reach.
wields a pair of versatile, dual-bladed weapons called “Eclipse Blades.” These blades can separate into shorter, single-edged swords for swift and precise strikes
Personality:
Despite the hardships he has faced, Shadow Lord’s heart is not filled with evil or malice. He is driven by a sense of empathy and understanding for those who have experienced similar struggles. He refuses to harm innocent individuals, especially children, as he believes in protecting the vulnerable rather than perpetuating the cycle of pain he has endured.
Shadow Lord’s experiences have made him resilient, resourceful, and quick to adapt. He seeks justice and equality for all, striving to create a world where individuals are judged based on their character rather than their appearance.
He wears a hood with small flaps and the three lines on his body and arms and legs are his veins.
He hasn’t got a solid form, he’s made from smoke and shadow. The only thing that is solid is his mask.

If I were to recommend a villain to look into, Senator Armstrong would be funny but if we are being serious I think a good one to look into might be Arcturus Mengsk.
