I can't personally confirm this, but I saw someone else say if you do Control + Alt, then Up Right Down Down Down it works on Mac. Let me know if it works for you.

where do you press the controls? in game? in the lobby?
You press them while spawned in, hence why I linked a macro since it's super tedious to do normally.
