Games are won and lost on the line of scrimmage. Darnold was under pressure pretty much all day long, (need our defensive tackle back asap), while Smith had all day to throw for most of the game. A careful look at this game will show you it was the Viking defense, "finally" pressuring Smith which made the difference against a Seahawks team that absolutely had to win at home. SKOL!
I wish that the Vikings could play that raspberry song of the 60s and 70s call, please please please go all the way on the PA system with the raspberries permission, of course(go all the way to the Super Bowl and win, only play that part of the song the rest of the lyrics might be too strong
Yikes that “the gm just goes out and gets whatever players the coaches want in free agency” take is the reason why this guy should stick to what’s written in the teleprompter

Are you saying that KOC doesn't have input on the draft? That's absurd to think that the coaches don't know who is drafted. I guess if it doesn't work then it is Kwesi but the free agency is coaches' because it is working. Idiotic thinking in my view.
Not going that far--- was saying that they know the current players in the NFL way better than they do the kids in college because they don't see them live in person on a weekly basis. Just trying to figure out why the Vikings have hit on so many free agents and not all the college selections. What's your theory?
They still have flaws, They are in need of a Nose Tackle, corners, and inside offensive line help. If the Vikings go to th esuperbowl, It will be on will alone. But they are playing very well, And Darnold has exceeded expectations.

KAM hate on the free agent signings? Why is it so hard to give him some credit vs. implying it's all the coaches telling him who to sign? That's some harsh accusations without knowing for sure... just a dumb take on Jim's part.
Not accusations---I don't have the answer--- but it seems that KOC and Flores know exactly what they want in a player and KAM goes gets them--- It's not a shot-- It's nice to see it work that KAM is willing to take the advice of his coaches. Because KOC and Flores are football guys, Kwesi didn't come up the football ranks. It's not beyond reason to think the coaches push Kwesi for these moves. But who knows...
