Brilliant little behind the scenes! That stunt double for Imran really must have trusted both the driver of the truck and his ability to get away from it afterwards - one little slip, and that would have been it. Even though the actual scene likely was much slower and controlled than it looks up speed, a truck is still a truck. But everyone was great in this, from Parry Glasspool to the stunt coordinator and all the various cast. All of them seems so much brighter and cheerful than what they do on screen. I actually liked this behind the scenes better than I have the real show for quite a while now

Did you see the stunt from years ago....when the teenagers drive a bus through a wedding?....or the time the bomb went off in Ste's house?....now, THEY WERE EPIC!!!

loved the dynamite one, definitely my favourite
I liked the crash at Ste and Dougs wedding, when Maddie got killed by the car door. That was amazing.
Having the car spin could have been a cool effect - but not in slow motion - and not with them waving around like paper dolls in a breeze. The first part should have had them all leaning towards the side the car was meant to slide - or better still, instead of spinning around 360, it should have been tilted from side to side, as if Misbah tried to steady the car after having swerved, and she turned the wheel in the same direction, and she and the other tilted their heads and bodies in the same direction, - so in faster speed it would genuinely look as if they were in a car that was unstable after having swerved to avoid a crash.
The "problem" with the scene as it was, was that heads tilting back and forth while the car was spinning in one direction, goes against physics - they would have been forced in the same direction as the car. Only when the car came to a stop, would they been slung back and forth as paper dolls in a breeze, cause their momentum would have continued after the car itself had stopped. The first part, the spin, run at a faster pace and with them all leaning in the direction the car was spinning, looking terrified, would have looked cool too. But since the mass of Dianne wouldn`t have been sufficient to make the car spin 360 - and modern breaks would have prevented the wheels being locked - Misbah gradually getting control of the car, by turning the wheel from side to side (so it wouldn`t roll over) until it was safe to break and stop, would have been a more realistic scenario, after having suddenly swerved as the result of hitting a person.
