I would love a vs. MVM mode. 6v6. 6 players play as the robots, and spawn in as a new one every time they are killed (following the current robot spawning system), but have reduced health/movement/etc to make it fairer for the people try to beat the waves :3
i would love to turn this into something more similiar to strategy, while players as humans playing normal, players as robots decide which robot to spawn, and they would need money to do that (maybe it would be even 6v1 gamemode), also hello after 10 years
Well, the author of "Be With Robots" plugin actually made it to work online. Its also possible outside of Mann vs Machine gamemode with maybe 3-4 plugins (Be With Robots works only on MvM), excluding the hud and arms (they would still be visible).
there needs to be a thing for Robot Fortress that makes your heavy the size of a normal one but with Giant Heavy animations (a.k.a the slow punch and the rotation crit) along with the minigun animations.
basically I used the resizer+robot plugins (you can find them on alliedmodders) Then I modified my natascha to give health, damage, sound and deflection. I also edited the HUD image and heavy arms to be hidden. This is why I can't really provide anything, since it's just one big mess of edits that would never possibly work online.
Machine-playing-as-man Vs Man-playing-as-machine should work. And of course the MPSMann would get alot more bonuses for being Machines playing as Mann since they are sometimes dumb, not all times but sometimes.
And yes, I know about the Be With Robots plugin where you can be them on the Robots team (Blu) in MVM, but I mean in other gamemodes like CTF or Deathmatch

Kind of like left 4 dead where you have the little AI controlled robots running around you doing their own thing.
No, that person found a glitch/exploit, then reported the bug, and then got a strange version of whatever weapon he wanted. its on the official TF2 wiki. Also, the deflector IS the giant heavy's (at least some) mini gun.
