(P*P -1) is divisible by 24 for all odd p whether prime or composite e.g let p be 119, 221, 133 . These are composite odd exhibiting the same property. This property is not peculiar to primes but to odd numbers prime or composite.

This method knwn to us formerly. It ain't useful for a big number as more than 4 digits.
65 is not a prime number but follows your formula ie
65²=4225=4224+1=24(176)+1
So your formula is not unique one to find prime number however it calculates prime number correctly.
@@ajeethpandey the indicated formula is valid for all odd numbers whether prime or odd composite. It is not unique to the primes so it is useless to test for a prime.
