So basically to get the titles and cape u had to participate in a war and win the war. But due to drama the nations have became unofficial meaning no official wars and no official wars means no capes and titles. But hos has been confirmed to be official again in a while. So yeah

(it fits with your skill level ngl, im not even suprsied that you got something so cool) did you get it as a prise, ima guess its because you have highest kill count on sans? -edit, i forgot to add i would LOVE to fight you bro, its hard to find really good players (no offence to any one elss reading this) but im a og player of almost all undertale fan based fighting games, SS(soul shatters) , UTPR(undertale test place reborn), UTCD(untitled combat demo), and a couple of other ones ill need to find and continue playing again, i may seem extrealmy rusty at first since i mainly play UTPR, or SS, since im mainly on Xbox, and whenever im on PC i play SS, also if you want to know or qestion me on any of past info about anyof them to prove it, go ahead and ask. other than that im iching for a fight with you. (in a nice way, please dont think im weird, utpr and ss is getting dull, and no one plays UTCD any more, even with their reworked ver of the game is out.)
