      @@RadiantHer This is a cache issue. log out from Gmail, logout from pega, Close all the tabs in the browser. Clear the browser cache. Then login to pega, login in to Gmail account where u want to receive the email. Launch the case and this time it should work. I have replicated the issue and checked multiple times. For me it is working once and then i have to clear the cache and log off log in then it is working fine.

    How can we send customize message and subjects using DWA? For ex:- We provide popup where user can enter subject for the email, and email template where user can edit email body. Please help me. I am trying this but emails are going with default messages and body

      Correct. External Instructions in correspondence have might he created earlier i think.

    Hello, Please let us know how you resolved the Access denied issue. Please do not upload half cooked vdos. its misleading. Whatever issues you have faced should be explained. Thanks
