you can do a lot more just dodging and using proper armour, it will let you partially tank cultist attacks and deal whole lot more dmg. also you seem to not know much about the game, after you beat the towers moon lord will spawn, you can make better weapons from fragments of pillars using the ancient manipulator, as they will be really useful while fighting the moon lord. also, i would reccomend using beetle armour crafted from turtle armour and some purple fragments dropped by golem (i forgot what they are called).
