The new LV Trio Toilet Pouch | Louis Vuitton Toiletry set worth it?

- Louis Vuitton quite recently re-released the popular toiletry pouch as a trio: the LV Trio Toilet Pouch that comes as a set in size 15, 19 and 26! The LV Toiletry Pouches have been discontinued in 2021 and then new versions like the New Model Toiletry Pouch NM or the Toiletry on a chain dropped (which were not that much of a great deal). But now Louis Vuitton released a set of all three Toiletry Pouch sizes, at a comparably good price point. Is the new LV Trio Toilet Pouch worth it? Or is it just another cash grab at Louis Vuitton's end?: The price for the Toiletry Poch NM was more than double as much, as the old model Toiletry Pouch 26 has been. But now you can even save some money, buying the trio, compared to the separate prices back in 2021 - at least in the US. For Europe it's another story!

Even though i have zero plans on buying it i was excited to see they are back and price i think LV stayed reasonable. They could have gone crazy but they didnt so that was good to see 😊

I just bought mine and I’m so glad now because the wait was worth it! I missed out on the originals and now I will not part with any of them and keep all 3 just in case they get discontinued again. I’m not hunting any down

Also purchased and told that it may be a couple extra weeks till delivery. I think these may either go up in price or be hard to get ahold of soon. They seem very popular.

I think it’s worth it! I wanted the original trio . I was only able to snag the 19 size then got discontinued. Then all the renditions came out which sucked lol. Now this version came out and more affordable and now I can complete the trio collection

They look cute, but I don’t think these will sell well. Who would need all three? Maybe a few collectors but not the majority of smart shoppers
True, not even I myself - who bought all 3 back then 😅🙈 - did need all 3. But I‘m quite sure most people will just sell 1-2 and keep their favorite(s)

My advice probably would be: go for the trio, before they increase the price on it 🙈 - and you can try to sell the two smaller pouches on

Hmm I think I may buy this set. I have a set of flat leather pouches in similar sizes from an independent brand, and I don't use them a lot because they are flat. I would definitely use the deeper LV ones! 🤔

I like them but wont be purchasing because I have 2 really cool vintage toiletry bags that I use regularly and love. I also have 3 mini pouchettes in my collection and 3 pouchette bags that I use as clutches so cant justify adding these. So I'll be mindful with my money on this one 😂

To think I got mine for 30 bucks and just don't wear it since I got a coach one simply because I can't help but look at it for what it is :D keep random things for travel in it, but I think it's been at least 2 years I have not used it for toiletries or as a clutch.

You think so? I had in mind, that their stocks are not doing that well and many items that used to be „hard to get“, seem to be easily available on the website now. So maybe they finally had to put out a somewhat „good deal“ again 🤔

I‘m so surprised the price in the US is even less, than it was back in 2021 😳. And the little increase for Europe actually isn’t that bad after three years 💕

@@lindapassos the new trio set is £1100 - unfortunately I never tracked the £-price on the single pieces in 2021… but it seems like it might just have been a tiny increase
