Went to SEMA with our Auto-Club Program from Chattahoochee Tech in 2017 and 2018. Till this day no experience was like SEMA. Especially in 2017. It was magical I swear.
Hola 👋 señor Dave!!! I wish I were there to meet you and the guys too !!!what a treat to watch all those collection cars but my favorite is the new Lamborghini Countach that is how a super car should be designed the front of the car design is like a blast from the past and a transition to modern concept car I just love to have the money to buy one lmao😊…Saludos!!! I’m glad y’all are having fun 🤩👋😃👋
I've been dreaming about a white '57 T-Bird for at least 40 years. I'm 69 and am no closer to having one today than back then. Dreams don't come true to the workers behind the curtain. Never get the spotlight, so nobody knows you're there.
14:30 The Power Wagon is going to be auctioned off at Barrett Jackson in January. The awesome thing is that this truck is a 1 of 1 that was custom built for the Mike Rowe Works Foundation. Every cent of the final auction price is going to support the Mike Rowe Works Foundation. If I had the money I would definitely bid on this truck!! I have seen nothing like it and a huge fan of Mike Rowe.
" I want one" " I ain't got one" " I'm getting one" Hahhahhahahha that was soooooo relatable!!!! PURE HUMAN BEING ! LOVE YOU AS A DAD DAVE! TYSM FOR EXISTING!
13:51 That '50:s style Power Wagon (with the Peterbilt style headlights) might be the coolest truck over there! 2:46 Nice batmobile! 15:57 I would *_not_* mind having something like that for a daily driver... BMW outdid themselves with that model. And then these guys made it outstanding! A V10 powered sleek BMW 8-series. That may well top the Viper for me...
i have that same dream of owning a Skyline GT-R and the r34 in that same blue would sure be fun to have especially if can get one un-molested so i can have the fun of tweakin it myself
Sema is cool, but when the Sema trucks pull up the drag strip for the "show n shine" I sure don't pay a single piece of attention. But when the new tech is shown at Sema. I'm all over it.
personally myself, I like to see a resto mod that is not overdone, but has its own personal look. Also, I like to see a practical drive train and comfort that can be driven on the street without being too fussy. maybe 700 to 800 hp but no turbos. Turbos cause too much under hood heat and issues for me. Prefer naturally aspirated or supercharged.
My 1.9 tdi swapped vw rabbit pickup gets 75mpg Variable turbo adjustable from the driver seat from 75-150hp (300tq) And this engine survived 300,000 trouble free miles. In its first 10yr. Engine bolts in using all original cables and hoses. Custom gear transmission is 2000rpm at 70mph. Weights 1750lbs. 300lb torque. It pulls as hard as a lot of muscle cars. But gets 5x the mpg.
Show cars don't impress me all that much. No doubt they are beautiful art pieces but if they don't start up and get used the way the vehicle was intended to do then it's worthless other than an being an art piece.
If you want donut with Sandro tour of the show he says it well. The car is just a canvas that art is put onto, the art just needs to be able to survive road use
Not sure I agree with this. Cars are more utility now and have no personality. Glad shows like this are still around because it feels like the car scene is dying.
That Dino EV is probably the fastest Dino on the planet, the stock engine is a pile of crap and have to disagree with the 8 series BMW also, that is just gash. Would love to go to Sema looks like fun
But the worlds most sexyest, most perfect,,, most BOSS car aint there.... The Opel Lotus Omega 3.6 twinturbo..... it eats m3's , m5's , rs-audis for breakfast.. Made in 1991... Was the worlds fastest sedan for many years... STILL the univers most perfect car in my opinion. .. The Opel Omega Evo500 on a good 2place
The lambo with the dbz vinyl. Did he buy it blue or paint it? Then put the dbz vinyl on and drive straight to SEMA lol. Its a lambo nothing special. This is a car builders show in my eyes. Its everyones art and heart.
Some of this stuff is way over the top but nonetheless amazing. 9:25 - is that an S65 engine shoehorned in a 1M? Someone over here in Western Australia has done just that and it's superb. The classics are certainly my favourite and that BMW at 16:00 is stunning.
You guys are good people that do extremely great work and i absolutely love your show, thanks for doing what you do!
Much appreciated!
You deserve that GTR!!!!! Get one, she may or may not get over it. It’s a chance you have to take.

Do a full build Skyline…not only will it be cool.. it would open up a whole new audience for you guys.
Meh
1000% agree, that would be amazing to see. In depth from the ground up, every single part and peice shown. Would love to see it.
Love the Power Wagon at 14:30, add a snowplow attachment and it would great for our Canadian winters.
TIL your climate turns it to dust like the rest of the power wagons Canada sent back to mother earth
Great stuff! You guys have a great crew. God bless from Michigan.

When Dave was first look'n at that Chevelle he looked flabbergasted .
When my motor gives out I’m hauling my car across the country to have u fix it. Love your work. Keep being great!
Dave famous 😊
Paul Cox from fab rats was there for the on x overlander group with an old jeep willys , plus bleepin jeep with his 4x4 jaguar tow truck .
*Dave's Auto Center* Bravo well done fellas, thank-you for taking the time to bring us along. GOD Bless.

I was also there.

That powerwagon is Mike Rowe’s truck. Cool rig!
Its nice that some people do electric conversion. Good to have choices.
Brooo that blue R34 💙 we share the same dreams one day brother 🙏
Badass trucks
Beautiful cars. Just immaculate cars
That Celica was my fave...
the white power wagon was the best truck

The Japanese import market is in an amazing spot, you should jump on the opportunity for a gtr
Puts v10 engine in a car.
“I can only drive it slow”

9:41 nice nice nice.

Miles, I am with you brother. There is no place for an electric motor in a classic super car.
get the nimo gtr. plz.
That bayside blue GTR is a $750k build lol
The '62 PowerWagon.
Show cars don't impress me all that much. No doubt they are beautiful art pieces but if they don't start up and get used the way the vehicle was intended to do then it's worthless other than an being an art piece.
Same.
My beater project car gets more use than all these combined.
Some people can appreciate the amount of labor that goes into these builds.
If you want donut with Sandro tour of the show he says it well. The car is just a canvas that art is put onto, the art just needs to be able to survive road use
How dare you not stop by Morgan Clarks dakar build
Second
Dave are you lds?
4th
First
If you have no desire to want a GTR, you are probably driving a Model 3.
The concept cars are nice but the state of cars/trucks today is abysmal, how about something more practical and reliable????
Not sure I agree with this. Cars are more utility now and have no personality. Glad shows like this are still around because it feels like the car scene is dying.
BUILD A GTR MILES!!!
Thurd
I’ve dreamt of owning a GTR like Paul Walker. Only thing is the prices keep going up!! 😭
Where is the hydrogen build the 57 chev
That Dino EV is probably the fastest Dino on the planet, the stock engine is a pile of crap and have to disagree with the 8 series BMW also, that is just gash. Would love to go to Sema looks like fun
The gaint splinter on the first car, the chevelle has to go. It would look so much better without it
GET A GTRRRRR
Silver spoon fed.
Get the GTR
I Agree, some cars might be OK w the Tesla drive, but for the most part, EV’s belong in NYC, and not in a normal mans life! Perhaps on a Bicycle.
But the worlds most sexyest, most perfect,,, most BOSS car aint there.... The Opel Lotus Omega 3.6 twinturbo..... it eats m3's , m5's , rs-audis for breakfast.. Made in 1991... Sema is gay
😂
Sounds like someone is jealous they didn't get invited to the party. 😮
That's because you profession in poonjobs.
