Great haul! Great pieces! I like your sweater guard idea. I don’t think I’ve ever seen one in a thrift or vintage clothing store. I agree about shortening the beaded necklace by taking off the yellow ish beads at the top. I’d leave the decoupage lockets as is. If you sell them, I think you’ll find a buyer. Thanks for sharing! 😊
Thank you Denise! I’m planning to research the charm/locket bracelet. I think it’s a nice find. I’m so happy you agree about the beaded necklace! I think it will look so much better. Thank you so much🥰❤️❤️❤️❤️
Hello Pam. Today I liked the cross from Sarah Coventry and the Yellow Necklace. The Lucite beads lived very interestingly, I came across such, all different, I like to look at them. Thank you ❤
That is a great haul Pam. Love the cross necklace and all chunky pearls. That ladybug necklace is precious. Hope you can figure out a fix for it. I would try to strip the lockets but look them up first to make sure they are not some crazy designer.😂😂 Have a great weekend ❤
Hi Teresa! I’m hoping I can repair the ladybug necklace also. Hopefully I’ll find something that will work. I’m definitely going to research the lockets just in case. 🤣 have a great weekend ❤️❤️❤️😊😊
Nice haul Pam! You got some very nice pearl pieces. The Avenue was a plus size women’s store. They used to have brick and mortar stores but I think they’re online only 😊
I always enjoy your videos. My fav was the locket bracelet. I would be afraid to remove the decoupage in fear of scratching the locket unless it looks like it would come off easily. It is fun either way. I also liked the glass beaded necklace with the gold on them. Plus the yellow necklace... What are your thoughts on dating a piece based on the lobster claw clasp? Thanks for sharing!
Hi Lynn! Thank you I enjoy watching you also😊 I’m always cautious when dating pieces with the lobster claw. The vintage lobster claws usually have a different look to them than the ones used today. They aren’t quite as rounded. I also look at the materials and the design. If the pieces is marked/signed I usually research to be sure. I’ve also ran across vintage pieces where it was obvious that the clasp had been replaced. Otherwise I just leave it and consider it as being modern. Thanks for watching😊❤️❤️❤️
Wow you got some good stuff. My favorite was the multi-shade blue necklace. So pretty 😍
Thank you Ellie! I thought it was a nice. It was a good haul! Thank you for watching 🥰😊❤️❤️❤️
Good Morning ❤
