i have a secret to share that is rarely discussed. at the start of 2022, my hair was thick and full, but by the year's end, i experienced significant hair loss, resulting in decreased thickness and density. however, through adopting healthy habits, i managed to control my hair fall. firstly, i stopped consuming junk food and began exercising for 15 minutes daily, which boosted blood circulation. secondly, i started drinking lukewarm water on an empty stomach in the morning for detoxification. lastly, i replaced my old shampoo and oil with safe and natural cocoonion products from littleextra, massaging my hair twice a week and washing it after a few hours. as a result, my hair fall has decreased, and i have observed new angel hairs on my scalp. in conclusion, by altering our lifestyle and adopting healthy habits, we can manage hair fall effectively.

Hello doctor, what about hair loss due to chemotherapy. I lost my hair during cancer treatment. Later hair didn't grow properly. Very less hair at the centre. I did all the treatment with derma roller. Had medicines. I had problem with eyebrows as well. So got transplanted. Three years since my treatment is over. My dermatologist suggested hair patch.
