Detached, renovated, very special rustic village house in move-in condition with large rear courtyard, an independent 2 storey guest flat or workshop, located in the lovely, quiet village of Venta Quemada, Granada. Easy access. Located next to the mountains and about an hour drive to the Costa Calida, Murcia and the Almeria coast. Basic amenities and just a short drive to the larger towns of Cullar and Chirivel. The house is very cosy and ready to move into. --------------------------- At the main entrance to the house is a pretty patio area and entering the house is a lounge/dining room area with a fireplace connecting to an open-plan kitchen, to the left is a large living room with two windows. The kitchen overlooks a large, sunny traditional Andalucian private walled courtyard. The space would make a lovely traditional guest or rental unit. ------------------------------------------- At the top level of the courtyard is an entry door from the street, which gives a private entrance to the rooms off the courtyard and to the back entrance of the main house. --------------------------- Mains utilities are connected and the house is ready to move into. Furnishings negotiable. ------------------------------------------------- Venta Quemada is a small, traditional village with some lovely walks. There is a water reservoir shaded park/sitting area near the house and just a short walk into the rolling countryside with excellent countryside and mountain walks within minutes of the house. There is an excellent restaurant and bar just outside of the town also within walking distance. The larger town of Cullar, Granada is less than a 10 min. drive away and the large market town of Baza is a 20 min. drive.

Very nice indeed. What sort of facilities in the area are their such as shops, doctors, transport links ect?
Venta Quemada, Granada is a small village with a bakery, shop and weekly market and there is a very popular restaurant just a 2 min Drive away. Most all amenities are located in the village of Cúllar, less than a 10 minute drive and the large town of Baza is a 20 min Drive away.
That’s always the issue here especially if like me you don’t drive!
Where do people keep their clothes. There are no closets?
Storage is a British thing.
