for ipad: goodnotes or notability are the best imo as for macbook or generally taking notes with keyboard i think notion is really good but i like google docs as well!
goodnotes i dont like noteability b/c u need a yearly subscription to use the other stuff like custom colors for ur pen and type by text but for goodnotes its just a one time purchase. There are monthly and yearly i believe now for the goodnotes 6 (could be wrong) but u can always try them both out and see which one u like more and best
