My sister gives me one of those cards every year,, I have a bunch of them and I set all of them up and put candles thur out, just love them! I love all your walk thru's DIY'S and I can never wait for your Halloween display and your take us along on your trips. I agree, I love those 3D cards! I also love that you send Halloween cards out! There's nothing more exciting than getting a real card in the mail. I missed sending them out, but now that I'm in England, it's too expensive and no one I know really would reciprocate actually anymore, sadly. People can be lazy nowadays. Wow, love that mid-century diorama! I just love all mid-century stuff actually! There are some really lovely items here! Nice decanter! Did you ever get another one? I love the 19 Crimes bottles. They have an app you can DL that, when pointed at the bottles, animates the artwork. Sadly our World Market is in a place that's not worth trying to get to because the traffic is hellish. They're like Ikea in that the stuff you want to buy is "in store only" & I'm just not making that trip for a small thing like a card or wooden thing. FTR Homegoods has those pop up cards too.
I didn't realize people sent out Halloween cards. I've never heard of Cost Plus World Market, and I was surprised to see there is one 20 miles from me. Might have to check it out.
I liked the laser cut wood displays and looked them up. They light up also, and the hearse house (that's what they call it) and the other large one are $40 and the small two $15 which isn't bad since they also have lights.
Regarding your decanter, Joann's has one that dupes the Pottery Barn, silver skeleton hand glassware. I saw it as recently as yesterday, on sale for $20!
