The reason sukuna has a "world cutting slash" is because, while yes he has dismantle. There is another character from his series called "gojo" that has the ability to create infinite distance between him and anything, sukuna needed this world cutting slash to finally bypass infinity (which is what gojo's ability is called), that's the shortened explanation
And the cloak the secondary sukuna has is a reference to the one he wore in the beginning of the fight between him and gojo. Not a magician. I just wonder if sukuna had his fire arrow in that mod
