Captured in 4K from all of the Japanese Versions of the Original Ultimate Ninja Games (Except the first game lol that one i captured in the traditional US version due to limitations in the JP version). Movie Characters from the First Naruto Movie and Certain Japan Only scenes exist here.

The ultimate ninja series showed just how strong everyone was and what they were capable of. Everyone had their shine main characters, minors and extras. Just a big opportunity to let imagination and creativity run wild😄
This made Tsunade, Sakura and Ino look WAY stronger than they do in the storm games. Theyre doing crazy shit here, and in the storm games they get like. A punch or a kick lmao
I mean storm represents their real power level. Not gonna lie into couldn't even beat Sakura a kick is probably what she deserves. Tsunade could have gotten a better ultimate tho

One of Sakura's ultimate in storm is a mere shokeslam with a duration of 3 seconds.
Tsunade's ultimate is just "I punch the opponent really hard and ... OMG he flew 3 meters above the ground". It's far less impressive in storm games and the only thing that is better in storm game is the number of character and graphisms.
IMO the online is to be blamed for that because think about it: even storm 1 game had some really good and long attacks but starting from storm 2 when online started they had to shorten the attacks because people wouldn't like to be forced to watch their characters getting their ass kicked during 30+ seconds scenes.
This is way better than the whole Storm series all combined. The ultimate jutsu is very cinematic. The music is very amazing and everyone has their own character.

I wish, but they never will. The Ultimate Ninja games and the Budokai Tenkaichi ones are two series I'd love to have an HD remake with. Oh well.

This is an absolute gem. I loved the cinematic attention to the details captured in both the anime and the manga the original Accel games had. If Bandai Namco would bring this style of Ougis back to the Storm games it would be spectacular. Subscribed.

I have the feeling they decided to make attacks shorter/less spectacular because of the online mode (they were scared players would be annoyed to take an attack that is too long). That's why storm 2 has shorter attacks even if storm 1 has longer ones
@@jeune-fou I would actually agree with CC2 for that. While these are a lot of fun to watch in, say, a youtube video, I feel like they would be really annoying to sit through when you get hit by it. I like the fact that the ultimates in the storm.ganes are short, sweet, to the point, and look amazing

@@androxtempest3913 iirc, they were already sampling the idea when Kakazu and Hidan showed up. Not to mention elemental infusion with stuff like Sasuke and the Chidori Sword. I'm just spitballing though.
While they scratched the whole thing about Sakura being good with Genjutsu on the anime, in this game they took it to another level. She literally maked her internal self appear and help her on the attacks. Makes me wonder how is it possible for her to be a really strong genjutsu user in games while in the anime is just one punch woman. Even though I like her punches
This was made with love, and you can tell. Every character had meaningful awakenings, their own strengths, very little weaknesses which led to very balanced units. Everyone had AT LEAST two ougis, one awakening. Some had up to five ougis(the more popular ones) but all of them did the same damage, so it's not like one person was way better.
Every character has their own shine, brilliance and they gave all of them their original, and made up techniques that felt sane instead of something really out there, or boring. The STORM series was a huge letdown and really bad in comparison. Even item usage in these games were much better. Not to mention cell shading just reigns supreme. Many animations in the newer games look downright awful. Such as Sakura's Okasho and Hinata's Shugohakke: Rokujyu Yonsho, they look SO bad in STORM but amazing here.
Combos and strings were also very varied and you could do many things if you timed things well, each character had something different they can do due to their different strings and I remember all of that being palpably absent in STORM games, most of the combos led into cutscene transitions as far as I can remember, which is extremely dull and boring.
And can we just talk about the music? Narutimate Accel 2/Ninja 5 has an outstanding OST that didn't need to be that good but it was that good. Even the music during their ougi is on point and original for most characters.
I booted Narutimate Accel 2/Ninja 5 two days ago after fifteen years and my muscle memory remembers how to play it, that shows how good it is. I can barely remember the controls of STORM cause I played it for maybe a hundred hours max.
Shino had some of the best ougi in the series, that man was horrifying.
They gave such awesome supers to Ino, then in Ninja Storm, she has a kick...

at that time the ultimate were more inventive, changing the scene and etc, It is funny to remember Deidara with several techniques when in the storm series his character comes down to square combos...

@@OGBouncin94 Yeah, given what she has done in her video game appearances . I 'd say her style of fighting was one of the more creative and dangerous fightingstyle. But she still just takes a back seat to people like Lee and Neji, even in spin off series where she is basically playing a straiggt man to their antics.
Back when the 4th Hokage was a really shady person hell he didn't even have his own VA until the end of the first half of Shippuden and his appearances are merely a silhouette from a flashback or an official Hokage photograph

You really missed out on shikamaru using his jutsu on sasori. That was the funniest shit to me as a kid
Back then the moves where way more creative now the storms serious are just focused more on graphics instead of the creativeness of the techniques
I think the devs just focussed more on interesting, fluid and balanced combat. These long ultimate movies were great, yes, but they always stopped the flow of the game and seeing how they moved into full 3D games, I think its understandable they cut the ultimates short. I mean they are still there, just 1 stage instead of 3 and they also usually picked the best ultimates with great animation. However, I wish they released another Ultimate Ninja game in the style of the PS2 2D fighting games with all characters or at least all up to Storm 4 featuring all these amazing extensive ultimates, also on PC.
i disagree the ultimates are fire asf still the only thing that downgraded was features storm 1 was so good it had everything but they removed all the good shit from 2 to 4

Naruto Ultimate Ninja 5, Naruto Ultimate Ninja Impact and Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 1 are the most unique and authentic Naruto Ninja games of the series, these masterpiece have the most of anime vibe of the series..
Naruto Ultimate Ninja Series from PS2 Era will always have a special place in my heart and soul, these are the most unique Naruto games for me, only Storm 1 was coming close to these Masterpiece Naruto games, especially from gameplay perspective, I don't know why, but for me, Naruto Ultimate Ninja Series from PS2 Era, are so nostalgic, unique and divine at the same time, I have so many memories during my childhood by playing these Unique Naruto games, Naruto games from PS2 Era was always very close to the anime itself because of the unique vibe and charm☯️
What’s crazy is a lot of these ultimates are made up even giving characters like ino some depth, but nowadays it seems like you can’t get a character in until way later

Honestly falls in line with the whole "never show your cards" idea. Dude showed "fake cards" on purpose. Whoever drafted Itachi's ougis in the earlier games really preserved that quiet menacing aesthetic about him.

The Ultimate Ninja series could of done SOO MUCH MORE with The Yellow Flash (Minato). He's been in the game since UN2-5 and only got 1 cutscene. Let that man shine !!
They didn't even reach Kakashi's past so all we knew about him was that he created the rasengan, was Jiraya's student, sealed Kyubi, was the 4th hokage. We didn't even see him in any fight let alone a flashback.

The UNS series is finally getting a collection, but I guarantee it's just so more Boruto stuff can be added to it. I can't think of any corporate appeal for Ultimate Ninja to be rereleased.
