RPS08-24A - will flop for sure - Top 5 reasons
1. plots are less - No hope
2. sector 24A is near that Yamuna, which produce delhi chemical waste
3. Scheme will extend by 1 month at least
4. this is new sector unlike other previous scheme plots were from existing sectors like 18 etc
so your money is blocked at-least for 5 years if no litigation is found from farmers
5. From Track record Every new sector had few framers Litigation that delays the entire sector. i.e. RPS03 - Sector 17 , few sectors from 2009 scheme etc
