Seems like the more the resolution is increased, the more spastic the water reflections get. Fortunately it's not too noticeable when racing. I hope that one day we'll have a code that fixes this, cause the game looks so good everywhere else in HD / UHD.
This game was gorgeous back in 2001 and the upscale really shows you just how much care was put into the graphics.
