DIY Stand for Plates or Picture Frames

I was asked to make a stand for a picture frame that I made for my Mother, as she didn't want to hang it on the wall anymore. I realised that this would be the sames process for displaying decorative plates and memorabilia, so I thought I would show you how I did it. I hope you enjoy.
