Hi. First po, kung sa US cya nakatira, kailangan nyo po muna mag apply ng US tourist visa (B1/B2). You'll have to go to the US embassy website and apply from there. May vids din si sir dax re: US visa. Accdg to another vlogger, the available slots for interview are for Feb 2024 already. During your interview, you'll be assessed based on your own financial capacity and strong ties to home country. Travel history (which you have) is a plus factor. Your BF can provide a letter of invitation & support. If you're approved for the visa, then you'll need return ticket, Affidavit of Support and CFO certificate (as fiancée). Good luck.

Our family of 3, I, my husband and child, are going to travel to Thailand this October. My husband works in Thailand. He is going to fetch us. I left the Philippines for the first time in 2014 as a tourist. I found a job in Thailand and worked legally for almost 2 years. I met my husband there and we had our child there. He is not a Filipino. After giving birth in 2015, I lost my job and I overstayed my visa. I can't get a dependent visa under my husband (we were not yet married during that time). I never registered in POEA. I flew back to the Philippines in 2016. I cleared my overstay and can enter Thailand again. Never flew out of the country since. We are going to get the Non-Immigrant "O" dependent visa for spouse/children of foreigners working in Thailand. Do you think there would still be a chance that the immigration officer would offload me even if I have the visa already? We are going to travel with my husband. We are also securing the CFO-GCP document.
