2025 National History Day Workshop Presented by Truman Library Educators

Sadie Troy, the Education Director at the Truman Presidential Library, is joined by her colleague Matt Reeves, Nicole Dobronski from the National World War I Museum and Memorial, and Hannah Howard and Bill Kusmit from Shawnee Town 1929 Museum, to discuss the 2025 National History Day Competition. This Workshop features a breakdown of this year's competition theme, provides historical examples for student research topics, explains final project categories and evaluation materials, and highlights all the different project areas that local museums and archives can support.
