La betterave fourragère est un aliment très appétent et énergétique. Les intérêts nutritionnels de la betterave sont reconnus. Plutôt considérée comme un concentré plutôt que d’un fourrage, cet apport
d’énergie rapidement fermentiscible augmente le taux butyreux et permet un
très bon rendement pour un coût très compétitif.

La betterave a été écartée pendant longtemps de l’alimentation du bétail à cause de son coût de distribution. Le nettoyage et l’épiérage n’étaient pas mécanisés et demandait une main d’oeuvre importante.

👉 LE NETTOYAGE: Le tapis à chaine plate avance vers le rotor en provoquant une agitation des betteraves. Par l’association de la forme particulière du bac et le mouvement contrôlé du tapis à chaine plate,
les betteraves sont mises en mouvement et favorise ainsi le retrait des éventuelles terres restantes.
👉 L'EVACUATION DES TERRES: Le bac du hacheur de betteraves dispose d’un fond à claire voie qui laisse passer les terres dans un double fond. Le tapis à chaîne entrainé par un puissant motoréducteur de forte puissance
à vitesse variable évacue immédiatement la terre tombée dans le double fond vers le bac à terre situé sur le côté de la machine.
👉 LA RECUPERATION DES TERRES: Les terres sont récupérées dans un bac récolteur placé du côté opposé au système de coupe.
👉 LE HACHAGE: Le concassage est effectué par le rotor concasseur
équipé de couteaux spéciaux agissant sur des contres-couteaux
montés sur charnière et retenus par de puissants ressorts.
👉 LA DISTRIBUTION: Le plateau de distribution commandé par vérin permet la distribution avec précision des betteraves concassées à l’endroit souhaité."
👉 SECURITE POUR LES PIERRES: Le rotor concasseur est équipé de couteaux spécifiquement conçus pour permettre le passage des pierres sans endommager le rotor.

👉 CLEANING: The flat chain conveyor advances towards the rotor, with the resulting agitation of beets.By the combination of the specific shape of the container and the controlled movement of the flat chain conveyor, a motion of beets is initiated which is conducive to the removal of any residual soil.
👉 SOIL REMOVAL: The container of the beet chopping unit features a sieve floor, which allows soil to pass into a double bottom.
The chain conveyor, driven by a powerful high-capacity variable-speed gear motor, immediately removes any soil which falls into the double bottom to the soil container which is fitted to the side of the machine.
👉 SOIL RECOVERY: Soil is collected in a soil recovery container which is arranged on the opposite side to the cutting system.
👉 CHOPPING: Crushing is executed by the crushing rotor, equipped with special blades which engage with hinge-mounted counter-blades which are held in place by powerful springs.
👉 DISTRIBUTION: The actuator-controlled distributor plate permits the accurate distribution of kibbled beets at the desired location.
👉 SAFE DE-STONING: The crushing rotor is equipped with blades which have been specially designed to permit the passage of stones without damaging the rotor.
