This Flow seems to hard-code the phone number as a matching rulke which seems unrealistic? Don't we need to either set up matching rules or use the matching rules already possible within Salesforce. And, how do we use flow to merge records i.e merge fields from the 'Loser' record with the fields in the 'winner' record?
