I teach zoology and the amount of critters and the fun trying to ID them is inspiring… favorite is the cat that steps into front foot’s mark with the back foot… too cool…

I really thought SOBO Cougar would make an appearance 🤔. The end is nigh. Loved the Trail Mix review. I think that as long as the nuts are covered in chocolate they are still Trail Mix. Can wait for the last episode. After that I hope we will be treated to more of your hikes in the future.
Love the animal prints in the snow. That's gotta be happening all the time but you don't know it because you can't see the prints. Hike On!
Tom that's exactly what I think too. They're always there, we just get to see them in the snow....

U know as a person who followed the dead the meaning of their lyrics got me thru some tough times…and sometimes u do need a ‘miracle’ just to get by….
If Chief wants to do AT during summer break. Many long distance athletes do it in 100 days. Of course that is quite a challenge. Look up 100 day hikes on AT!
Tough hiking thru the snow - I dislike logging areas and the mess they leave behind ! The SOBO cougar tracks was fun to see as well as those big bear tracks- well done ladies!
Snow like that is just wet snd toe busting. But I appreciate your sense of humor snd commentary on your woodland critter fellow PCTers. I suspect the tiny hand prints are squirrels or chipmunks. Too small to be raccoons I would think. But totally cute

I’m making a TikTok Brie appetizer for Thanksgiving! Check out the Snackqueen video. Picture a scooped out bread bowl stuffed with a hot Brie and cream cheese mixture! I mean! Come on!
Great video. I can see how cold it is. At the start you folks were all bundled up and had that look. At the end its lots less layers. Such a change form summer. Also Love Gwen and Tilly.

It's funny, you're one of two PCT TH-camrs I've been following this year who are finishing up in Almost December.
So weird.... we wanted to do this section as soon as we finished but CA was CLOSED!
I'm a sucker for all the paw prints although if alone would probably be sketching on the cougar prints... luckily it was SoBo!!🤷♀️
Bears I am fine with. I have to admit the cougars make me a bit nervous..... especially when Chief goes off to pee alone!

Toughing it out once again! It’s a close call, but I think the snow and cold is preferable to the heat dome you avoided.

Mexican Corn Pie was a winner. Chicken didn't rehydrate great but flavor was good!
108 degrees or snow, 108 degrees oe snow, I guess you qulify as extream hikers, hahaha.
I'll take snow over 108 degrees ANY DAY!
