Often times it does have s racial essence around it. A black woman or a woman of color being upset and showing emotion much like everyone else can be interpreted as aggressive by others. That's why we're told to have a bigger smile on our faces at work, or approached and asked if we like working here or if we've had a bad day. Watch your predisposed reactions towards people of color when they're angry or upset you'll see there's a definate issue with how you perceive them. I'm not saying that you cannot call women of color aggressive but often times white women are not reprimanded for their aggressive behaviour but women of color usually darker women are... just take the issue going on with basketball wives.
