Thanks for both the kind word and the helmet suggestion you made earlier! It does sort of help with the classic British Marine look I was going for with the DPM. I think a covered version of that helmet would look neat.
@@TheBrr no problem also your not wrong a cover is needed also if I were to purchase year one pass or whatever it is would I get the covered ach and cross draw vest if you kno
@@epicgamermoment1 Yeah, you'd get the Covered ACH Helmet, Cross-draw Vest, and G3 Combat Pants. You also get a wrapped version of the Scorpio Scout, but I'm personally not a fan of it. On top of everything, the main appeal is the Deep State and Red Patriot missions and rewards, as well as an exclusive mission where you investigate a mysterious signal. If you were to get it, I'd personally recommend waiting for a sale.
@@TheBrr I want the vest to make an outfit of an SAS troop he’s wearing dpm jacket tri colour and and olive vest with pistol on vest closest we can get
Yeah, I think the olive drab shade we have in-game could be a lot better. I'd love to see more variety in green gear colors like what we have with weapon paints.
The SBS has been on my list for a long time, but I’m still trying to figure out a good look that is accurate but still differentiates them from other units.
Great question. The only free alternatives I can think of are the normal ACH helmet or the PASGT helmet, but neither have the bulky look that the covered ACH helmet does. Unfortunately, all the covered helmets that might work as an alternative (covered PASGT and 6B47) all cost money.
As of the latest update, the lens model was changed to be no longer transparent and the new name is 'Oakley SI Ballistic M Frame 2.0'. It really isn't ideal since there doesn't appear to be any other glasses that are transparent to the same degree.
Thanks. That was mostly the point of my Operation Shockwave upload before this--that showed the outfits in action and this video just shows them alone. Don't worry though, more tactical gameplay is coming.
No need to make a separate video on it. Here's a quick run-down of how to get everything: The Covered ACH Helmet comes from the Year 1 pass. You start the game with the BLACKHAWK STRIKE Vest, 5.11 Tactical Stryke Pants, and UA Valsetz RTS Boots. Oakley M Frame Glasses don't exist anymore, and have been replaced with the black-lensed Oakley SI Ballistic M Frame 2.0 Glasses that you start the game with. Fingerless Gloves come from a chest in Maunga Nui Port in Smuggler Coves. The Peltor ComTac and Stealth Balaclava come from the Ghost Coin microtransaction store, but a free alternative for the Stealth Balaclava is the Future Soldier Scarf from Conquest Mode if you don't mind a skull. Hill's Backpack and the Helikon-Tex CPU Shirt are from Maria's Shop in Erewhon or in a bivouac. PS15ATN are found at Step Up Startup in southwestern Channels province, east of Auroa Power Plant.
Covered Team Wendy EXFIL Carbon is located at Darkwood Island Port in Cape North's Rocky Bay. Crye JPC can be found in a chest at Bluecorp Startup (west of Summer's Swamp) in Fen Bog G3 Combat Pants are from the Year 1 Pass, but Fixit's Pants are a good free alternative. UA Valsetz RTS Boots and Oakley M Frame Glasses are both starting items, although the glasses now have black lenses instead of clear ones. Hard Padded Gloves, Crye AVS 1000 Pack, and United Kingdom Flag 2 can be purchased in Maria's Shop for Skell Credits. Peltor ComTac, Crye G3 Combat Shirt, and Stealth Balaclava come from the Ghost Coin microtransaction store.
@@Beefyethy Are you saying your ammo pouches look different than mine, or do you not have any at all? Different classes of primary weapons have different-looking ammo pouches on the vest, so using an assault rifle will make your vest look different than if you use an LMG. In this video, I'm using the assault rifle ammo pouches from having an assault rifle equipped.
I already answered your other comment asking this, but for anyone else curious: one can be found at the Prototype Workshop in Lake Country, on the southeastern coast of Blackwater Lake. Additionally, there is another Prototype Workshop in Restricted Area 01 south of Pancake Range that has one.
I'm not sure what the exact price is since I bought it awhile ago, but the lowest price for the currency you'll need is $4.99 USD equivalent. However many coins you get should be enough to buy more than just the shirt though. Whether or not it's worth it is entirely up to you.

What gun are you use by this outfit?
L85-C the games version of the BA’s Standard issue SA-80
What do I use instead of ballistic helmet?
There's not really a great historically accurate alternative for that, but I suppose the Gentex SOHA is the closest free item.
Is this game still getting support?
Support for the game was unfortunately discontinued last year.
