Suppose there is a requirement to integrate two ServiceNow instances A and B. Scope is incident, problem , change and cmdb_ci. ServiceNow A has integration HUb capability , ServiceNow B does not the integration HUb capability. ServiceNow A is going to use integration HUb and ServiceNow B is going to use Simple rest call. Will it the use case be failed one. Is there any compliance issue for ServiceNow b as they don't have subscription and they are using it
To do this task its required to have Rest trigger which in my instance is not enabled. i activated the REST API Access Policy plugin but it does not appear though.
Your instance should have integration hub plugin I guess the enterprise level one. After successfully activation of that plugin you should see that trigger in the flow designer

Same issue here, have you find a way to have it on the trigger list ?
Hi I couldn't find this in Quebec! Anything special I need to activate?
