Thank you for the update. Everyone selling better list now before the market gets floaded in the spring. Very uncertain times are coming ahead, lots of unemployment, emigration, and new inventory being released into the market plus fixed interest rates currently staying 4%+, perfect recepy for real estate dropping.
My fingers are crossed! We planned to buy in Jan/Feb but are choosing to bump that until next fall/winter because it seems like we could be walking in thin ice other wise. Either they drop or go to the moon we will see…but Imits just to uncertain right now to buy.
Just keep looking for a good deal, do your comparison and reseach for what you are looking for. One of the scenarios is that prices will keep dropping for a few years before going up again.
Unemployment is higher than Canadian average because people are moving here before they have work. The low cost of housing still makes it worth their while to do so.

Great market update. Things are still great here and timing can’t be better
I'd say screw the condos.
Interesting not to mention high unemployment in Alberta

Never buy condos
