Multiple places in residential area had no markings and maybe just had cat eye. Like 7:00, 8:36 etc. So if there is not enough space from the middle of the road due to parked vehicle then on such narrow roads you have to cross the middle area to the right for moving ahead. In such situation, is it mandatory to signal out (right) and then signal in (left) when merging back in your left lane. Asking as sometimes it can be confusing for vehicles behind you. Thoughts?
Most of the time, you don't need to indicate when moving around a parked car. You only need to if you must stop behind the parked car to allow oncoming traffic to pass and there are other vehicles behind you who may misinterpret your stopping as pulling over to park.
I'm in Poringland. I'm planning to do my test in Ipswich. Meanwhile I'm looking for an instructor near Poringland. I am not a new driver. Failed my test twice though.
