Innercity communities are affected when they don’t have proper and adequate access to education
Those schools which qualify for all the Federal Government Title Programs have the money available to them to buy resourses, computers, etc,. that schools in middle income communities that don't qualify for the programs don't have. All students in school systems in lower income communities get free breakfast and lunch. Students living outside a certain distance from school get free transportation to and from school each day. Students in all schols get free textbooks. The difference in school outcomes is based on taking advantage of the resources available to you. You can make excuses or you can take advantage of what is available. The key factor is parental and community value placed on education. Kids do what is expected of them to the extent of their inate ability.

She was tasked with job of finding out the reasons for migration, not fixing the problems at the border. That falls to Congress. A bipartisan border bill was introduced to the Senate in May. It would have provided more enforcement personnel, more asylum officers and judges. It was more conservative than the left wanted but they compromised. The former President demanded they pull the bill because he wanted to run on border security. That’s not a candidate who puts his county first.

I "love" it when folks say that they need "better candidates". And yes, maybe we do. But there's more than 300million of us, and the vast majority of us knows what a commitment running for president is, which is why we don't get anywhere close to it, but at the same time, we go all in on criticizing those who are courageous enough to go in the ring.
