It can. I usually go just about 5 meters though. I will go down to 10 meters more with the 1, 2 or 3 liter tanks. Let me know if you want me to do a review on those.

Hey Bryan! Thanks for this review. Any thoughts if this can be used for a 20 meter dive? Just concern bout decompression sickness.
Is it easy to refill air with just the pump? Thanks for sharing your experience with the product. I'm looking to buy as well..
I did not get the hand pump because of the reviews that I saw. To fill the tank I use a SMACO/DiDEEP air compressor and it is super easy to use.

they say 10 - 20 minutes
0.5 liter tank = between 3-5 minutes depending on depth and breathing rate
7:24 please never do this, your lungs will explode if you were in a little bit deeper water.
