1)yes,instant yeast directly maida me add kar skte hai..active karne ki jarurat nahi hai.. quantity same 2)nahi...hatse hi karna padega..like strech and fold 3) directly on glass turn table.. In preheated oven... Aur baadme next baking ke liye preheat karne ki jarurat nhi hai.. Best luck 👍
