Hello shamals ji maine iss recipe ko try kiya hai abhi abhi but aur maine Instant yeast ka use kiya hai Measuring cup ka bhi use kiya hai same mesurement told by you but mera dough bilkul apki tarah rise hi nahi hua kya main next step ko follow karu agar ha to kya results same ayega.. Aap instant yeast ki expiry date ek bar check kar lijiye aur instant yeast ko active karne ki jarurat nahin padati vah sidha maida mein milaya jata hai
Yes shayad expire ho gaya hai because I have purchased it 1.5 year ago...toh ab mai kya karu maine overnight tak rakha tha

You have added salt, sugar and yeast. I have read somewhere, if we add salt in yeast + sugar mixture then yeast does not fitment.

1. Can I use Instant dry yeast instead of Active dry yeast, if yes, will the quantity vary?
2. Can I use an electric beater to knead the dough for 10-12 mins?
3. Have you placed a low rack below the tray to bake the hot dog buns or kept it directly over the turntable?

2)nahi...hatse hi karna padega..like strech and fold
3) directly on glass turn table..
