No he's definitely not that he's not honorable at all . He was a little kid that got handed a shit ton of mining equipment and 100 ounces of gold when his grandpa died not to mention he treats his employees like shit. The only reason he is successful is because he didn't fuck that money and equipment off.
Yea his dad owns a construction company and always came to help out when he needed, his grandpa let him run his mine operation and was going to give it to him, then he decided to go to the Yukon and got 100 oz for a start up.. that’s not working for everything you have at all.
I've always loved how respectful Parker treats his grandfather. It was immediately obvious that he was a role model for him. We know it's a reality show, but it was still fun to watch. Greetings from Poland
He’s just mined 7000 ozs of Gold off his new Ground that he bought for $15 million dollars a year ago, In just one season he Mined $15.9 Million Dollars of Gold . He has already made back what he paid for the ground, The Ground will last 13 years. He is on a steady earning ground . He is set for life with estimated future earnings of $160 million dollars… And $38 million in Business worth that has no loans . This is the information that this TH-cam Channel didn’t even take time to Research on, Thumbs down for Screen Static your Research is garbage …..👎.
I definitely think he is losing net worth but you can’t say he made all his money back. They inflate the number on the show as if he is mining pure gold, purity is closer to 80%, plus operating cost, plus paying taxes he is probably lucky to net 30% of what he mines each season.
@@alexwest245that’s not even considering people’s salary, equipment costs, permits drilling, like there is so much money going out it’s crazy, yea I think Parker makes good money but it will be 5+ years before all $15mill is paid off, there is no way he could financially pay that off and still have money for next season.
This is a man who should be on a speaking tour of all the high schools throughout North America. He manages to go through each day without a cell phone or an app,he doesn't spend his time taking selfies or doing TikTok shorts, he is not an influencer with his own youtube channel slamming for likes. This is an example that demonstrates a family unit that raised their children to have respect and to value a work ethic. I've often said I wouldn't want to be a teenager or young adult today as this generation hasn't got a clue how to interact with people or a sense of purpose. Parker showed determination and drive from the age of 10. He has grown from poor supervisory skills to a genuine skilled leader.
If he wasn't born into this family just imagine where he would be. It's absolutely insane that he was born into the business but his success was all his hard work and the support of a really good family and team. Dude is living the dream. Not only is making gold money but all the other business endeavors and add on the Discovery Channel paying him for every episode he is in. For the last 14 years

Wish I had known that buying MAX only gets you 19 episodes of Gold Rush. They sell the last few episodes separately. When will social media sites be held responsible for false advertisements?
All the money in the world he would still be a pri,k and a spoiled brat at that, his grandfather worked hard and handed it to him on a plate, and his dad is a construction worker and helps him a lot!
How much golds does he need? You can't take it with you. Give it to some one who needs it . All they think about is money .what a sad life he lives . Grow up and stop being a dick
@chrisplatt3049- Please enlighten us as to how much money Parker should be allowed to keep. I can’t think of anything more greedy than thinking you are entitled to the money of someone that worked for it. I’m going to climb out on a limb here and say you couldn’t afford to repair (let alone replace) one of the tires on his dump trucks. You covet his money but certainly not his work ethic! You should trade in your wishbone for some backbone and make it happen. Put everything you own at risk, work your ass off, and when you finally succeed…give it away.
10-15 years ago, when i first seen him on the show. I used too think of this kid and just some little stuck up brat who had everything given too him from his grandpa and parents. Spoiled little rich kid. Yet I can't recall over the past 10-15 years of him on an episode where he's not out in the field getting his hands dirty. My upmost respect too this very impressive young man! Who is far more wealthier then me lol.
Parker having seemingly honoring his grandfather, and his hard work has been the path for his success. He is a honorable person.
