  • We are all cluttered with overload, overwhelm and over-culture.
Let's return to our bodies and redefine how we live our own lives.
Reclaim your body, your aliveness, and your boundaries.
I am Joey Remenyi, Founder and Director of Seeking Balance International, a world-leader in recovery of persistent vertigo, dizziness and tinnitus symptoms. I take the holistic approach to healing. In this podcast I discuss the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of neuroplasticity for healing.
Join me as I discuss the amazing potential of our body and brain to facilitate healing. I talk with various experts about the challenges we face in recovery of persistent symptoms and the mechanisms behind our recovery. I take a special interest in recovery of vertigo and tinnitus, inner ear symptoms, that are traditionally difficult to treat or manage.
My community members are exploring all sorts of challenges: depression, anxiety, isolation, connection, belonging, identity, pain, and all sorts of persistent unwanted bodily sensations.
I invite you to listen to the ROCK STEADY recovery stories of people who learn to use neuroplasticity to overcome their invisible symptoms.
Sensing Ground deepens your understanding of:
    --consciously using neuroplasticity in daily
--crafting your inner world and further shaping your neural maps
--building your capacity for intensity and feeling through all sensations
--who you are, your identity (and who you are not)
--the stories that your body is holding onto
    --the stories that nourish you
--how to empty any tension patterns that are stored within your body
    --self-expression, creativity, self-advocacy
    --community, belonging and connection
