I reinstalled my Computer as you saw

I fixed it! I needed to reinstall windows

I reinstalled it, the issue was gone but when i restarted my computer the issue came back

Idk I reinstalled windows 10 and it fixed...

I just changed my computer launguage to france and its fixed

I formatted the computer
