As someone who watched Nick@nite and MTV late af during summer vacation, watching reruns of Rockos, Keenan & Kel, Hey Arnold… graduating high school and finding out about The Splat was SPECIAL
Let's just say that if the 90s Are All That bumpers resembled TH-cam Poops in their early days, then these bumpers definitely resemble YTPs in their current age.
10K+ views. Coolio! As long as I'm interested in The Splat and people still demand them, I will keep on uploading these bump sets as I actually enjoy doing them quite a lot.
I love how they air some original bumpers from the 90s. What I DON'T like is how they edit some of them to have unnecessary dubstep and seizure inducing visuals. I'd understand that for the new, Splat exclusive bumpers, but not the old 90s bumpers. Some of the bumpers they show have not been aired in YEARS and thus are EXTREMELY rare or difficult to find. Some are not even available on TH-cam or are lost in time, until this block started. It's wonderful that they're being aired again, but I don't want them edited with the style The Splat is going for, which is supposed to appeal to the Internet age of social media (like Facebook, Twitter and even TH-cam to some extent). I feel as if they keep this up, it's just going to be an expanded The 90s Are All That again.
+jcbluejr01 I agree. I think editing the bumpers is pointless. It's kinda cool but doesn't give off a nostalgic feeling. What I couldn't stand was them editing Nicksclusives. Who thought that was cool? I notice they're doing the YTP-like editing less as time goes on which is nice. The most I see them do now is changing music in some of the old bumps but keeping the same visuals, which isn't as bad and ends up being a nice change of pace.
+bumpromofest That's... FANTASTIC! If this keeps up, we could TRULY have the old bumpers back, even with the original music. Only thing to do (which I'm pretty sure isn't possible right now) is to make The Splat a separate channel. It's correct aspect ratio, which is looks to be in widescreen, is enough to give away that it was originally meant to be one. Plus, a lot of people don't have TeenNick, so that's another reason.
I dunno, but especially the first one that looks like a YTP. It has everything. HSL Adjusts, Newsprint (offset-color chosen), Mirrors, and that one effect at the end of Geibuchan's video with the green screen tests.
@@0zne. apparently Nickelodeon wanted to aligned the name and logo with the current branding Hence the rebranding to NickSplat and now currently NickRewind.
How do you record these? Do you DVR them? I record the full thing on DVD Recorder on SLP mode, which allows for max 8:07, at least on mine. The quality is not so great on the DVD player, but when I rip it on Freemake video converter, it looks fine.
You can buy it on Amazon. How much you can record at one time depends on whether the channel is standard or high definition and how much space you have your computer hard drive.

It feels a whole shame that NickSplat never or they could've do air the shows from previous syndicated networks from the 1980s, 1990s, and 2000’s, including Mr. Wizard’s World, Out of Control, Don’t Just Sit There!, Kids’ Court, Wild & Crazy Kids (both 90s and 2000s versions), Finders Keepers, Think Fast, Eureeka’s Castle, Make the Grade, Outta Here!, Fifteen, Get the Picture, What Would You Do?, Nick Arcade, Nick Wild Side Show, The Tomorrow People (90s version), U to U, You’re On!, Cousin Skeeter, Animorphs, 100 Deeds for Eddie McDowd, The Brothers Garcia, Noah Knows Best, Taina, Action League Now!, The Nick Cannon Show, Romeo!, Robot Wars, Scaredy Camp, Zoey 101, Just for Kicks, Just Jordan, The Naked Brothers Band, iCarly, True Jackson VP, Big Time Rush, and the acquired live-action and cartoons including Special Delivery, Dennis the Menace, Lassie, Danger Mouse, Count Duckula, the Filmation Star Trek animated series, The Mysteries Cities of Gold, Spartakus and the Sun Beneath the Sea, Adventures of the Little Koala, Inspector Gadget, The World of David the Gnome, Doctor Snuggles, Noozles, Looney Tunes (renamed Looney Tunes on Nickelodeon), Heathcliff (the 1984 series) The Patty Duke Show, Mister Ed, Camp Runamuck, Flipper, Yogi Bear (renamed Nickelodeon's Most Wanted: Yogi Bear), The Littl’ Bits, Mork & Mindy, Adventures of Superman (1950’s TV series), F Troop, Bullwinkle (renamed Bullwinkle's Moose-A-Rama), The Underdog Show, Muppet Babies, Cartoon Kablooey, Beetlejuice, Gumby, The Muppet Show, The Adventures of Tintin, The Alvin Show (renamed The Alvin Show on Nickelodeon), Alvin and the Chipmunks (the 1983 series), Tiny Toon Adventures, Land of the Lost (90s version), Ship to Shore, Garfield and Friends, Charlie Brown (renamed You're on Nickelodeon, Charlie Brown), The Wonder Years, The Brady Bunch, The Brothers Flub, Ace Ventura: Pet Detective, Cro, 3-2-1 Contact, Pinky and the Brain, Hangin’ with Mr. Cooper, Animaniacs, Butt-Ugly Martians, Men in Black: The Series, Super Duper Sumos, Speed Racer X, Sabrina, the Teenage Witch (1996 TV series), My Dad the Rock Star, 6teen, Wayside, and from decades ago from my childhood youth and teenage and adulthood. Also, for Weinerville, I wish they would've still had the rights to the UPA/Columbia cartoon shorts, Mister Magoo, Honey Halfwitch, Gerald McBoing-Boing, The Fox and the Crow, Courageous Cat & Minute Mouse, Batfink, et al. Ditto for the Alvin Show repeats...though since they have the new series...ALVINNN!!! and the Chipmunks, and they’ve aired the older versions of acquired content like the 1987-1996 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Power Rangers, and recently Garfield. I really wish NickSplat would debut on the nighttime block, and the crew of Nickelodeon would bring all the 1980s, 1990s and 2000s syndicated shows and different cartoons to Nickelodeon for future comebacks.
+Jack Marter Yeah, but I see no reason to upload it since I don't want to risk a copyright strike and since The Splat uploaded it on their own YT channel.
google..."we want THE SPLAT 24 hours"....click the one with the link CHANGE.ORG once there, sign the online Petition. enough people do this, THE SPLAT will become a 24/7 old school NICKELODEON TV CHANNEL. tell your friends, spread the word. p.s.- the BIG letters was not me shouting, but me making sure people see the words that matter.
you do realized that most of the cable channels we have today were replace by older cable channels. so what im trying to say is if Viacom (owner of Nickelodeon/The Splat) wanted to Create the splat as it own channel they would have to replace one of the cable channels they own.
I love Kenan Thompson in that 1st caution advisory.

ULTIMATE NOSTALGIA UNLOCKED
Nickelodeon's 1990's cartoons are ONE of everyone's favorite funny cartoons
why is the one from 5:00 - 5:20 so scary, this was actually made in 1993 but the sound for the dinosaur walking scares me.

The CAUTION clips remind me a lot of Adult Swim.
+Steven Tan Me too. First thing that popped in my head when I first saw it.

+jcbluejr01 That's true, especially how they smooth the animations, I prefer to have them look like they used to as a kid.
+jcbluejr01 OK if people have at&tt u universe
So kel loves orange crush/fantia
Great collection.
If possible could you post the Weinerville episodes that aired on 10/10? I’d love to see those in good quality

This looks more like ytp... Why does nick do that?
I dunno, but especially the first one that looks like a YTP. It has everything. HSL Adjusts, Newsprint (offset-color chosen), Mirrors, and that one effect at the end of Geibuchan's video with the green screen tests.
+Nunof Yerbizness That's not Newsprint but Stereoscopic 3D.
Would you happen to have the Welcome Freshmen airings from 10/6/2015 to 5/20/2016?
After 1:17 I had to sing the Salute Your Shorts theme
OMG! I Totally Love the Music at the end! Where can I get it?
Does anybody know the song as 6:25
Imo they should've stick with the splat. The logo gives it more of a nostalgic feel.
i agree with you 100%

You can buy it on Amazon. How much you can record at one time depends on whether the channel is standard or high definition and how much space you have your computer hard drive.
