She corrected herself during the timeline span at 1:32 - 1:44 . At first she said, "... whenever zero is there you are taking the actual variable" , then she corrected herself by saying " ... whenever, uh, whenever zero is there you are taking the complement of actual variable."
This might have been confusing for some viewers as she didn't mention her error, so her statement regarding minterms has two conflicting points which can confuse those not familiar with minterms. I watched her video at 0.5 speed because I get s little lost due to her accent.

Jadi tujuan utk menyederhanakan sirkit yg dibangun, yg berarti lebih efisien pengguaannya dari sirkit logic atw sirkit pintu....., itu berarti bila kita membangun sirkit bentuk minor atw suatu penjumlahan daripada hasilkali-2 beberapa besaran variabel (input A,B, dan C) di-,, kali" kan dulu, kemudian hasilkali-2nya dijumlahkan (OR gate) ini bentuk minor (minterm).
Tapi sebaliknya hasil dari penjumlahan-2 (OR gate), yaitu variabel-2 (signal input) yg di OR kan, lalu kemudian di AND kan, ini bentukayor (maxterm).
Kalau dilihat pd tabel benarannya:
Untuk bentuk minor, pada outputnya hasilnya ,,1"
Untuk bentuk mayor, pada outputnya hasinya ,, 0"
