PARK INN BY RADISSON BACOLOD | Family Staycation | Is this the currently the Best Hotel in Bacolod?

This is the 1st time almost 5 years since we visited Bacolod City (my husband Barry’s birthplace and hometown) and we are staying for the 1st time in Park Inn by Radisson Bacolod.
We chose to book our stay at Park Inn because we were really impressed by the guest reviews they had from previous staying guests and we have also watched a TH-cam video where in their GM said that their brand of hospitality is hospitality by the heart and it really was the deciding factor for us as we wanted to know if that was true or not.
Just for background story, our family have been visiting Bacolod consistently in the past few years for the main purpose of spending time with family most especially Barry’s lola Nanay Diosa who took care of him and raised him since he was a baby.
Whenever we visit Bacolod we would always treat Nanay Diosa with a few days of hotel stay so she can relax and spend time with us in the most comfortable way.

We have stayed in some of the most luxurious hotel properties in parts of the world and have experienced different types of hotel services and culture (and we have also worked for Shangri-La Hotel International) so we know if a hotel has genuine hospitality and care and we are happy to declare that we have consistently experienced genuine, smiling and guest friendly service from staff of Park Inn Bacolod.
Most of the staff that we have met would always greet us with a smile and a friendly greeting. The hotel culture is positive with the staffs happy and proud to welcome us everytime.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Breakfast Buffet 4.5 out of 5.
Plenty of international (American) breakfast option items, the buffet is replenished on time. There are sufficient options for non meat and also very clean and well presented buffet line.
Only thing that needs improvement is coffee. Would be perfect if the espresso machine was working / topped up.
Coffee Tea Night Cap 4.0 out of 5.
We had an after dinner coffee and tea at the restaurant and had delays with getting menu, getting served with water and they had 2 tea orders wrong.
Poolbar Drinks 5.0 out of 5.
Enough said, the bar staff on duty was the best, served us with great attention, was very friendly to our kids and made sure we had dry seats and tables (there was a bit of rain).
ROOMS 4.7 out of 5.0
The rooms were huge! We stayed at Seda Bacolod before (another hotel in Bacolod), but we didn’t get this same sized room that we really enjoyed.
The cleanliness is very high standard, toiletries were sufficiently stocked and the bidets are so amazing!
We would definitely recommend Park Inn by Radisson to local and international guests to Bacolod as the facilities and amenities are high quality and the staff are so friendly that they will try their very best for you to have a great stay.
