Your bang on with the plug wire 😅👌 spare off a vs ecotec 👌 The exhaust I raised about 1mm or so, maybe 2, I'll have to look at the pics again 🤔 but I widened it the exhaust also, and raised the transfers by ramping the piston (ramps are big so I reckon that's the difference in compression between the 2) Everything else is stock other than a base gasket delete 👌💪 The blue 1 I just disassembled, cleaned with white vinegar and degreaser etc... and assembled it again with no base gasket 👌 I made all the gaskets myself so they're all an exact fit, so no restrictions from a gasket that's 1mm smaller than the carb or whatever etc.... I did put a shit load of bearing grease on the clutch bushes but I reckon coz the grease is thick it won't let it spin, needs to be something thin but then it will just fling off so 🤷 I dunno, maybe it's just something that can't he helped coz it's a bush and not a bearing 🤔 Brought them both for $200 👌 Wrapped you like it, but mate 🙏👌 just glad I can somewhat return the favour, and I was glad it was a saw you don't have 👌💪🍻
Oh and these are a longer stroke and bigger bore xl12 💪 38mm stroke and I think 48mm bore 🤔 same stroke as the xl925 etc..... What I really wanted to do was throw the 925 cylinder on the lombard, but different cylinder bolt pattern and different gudgeon pin diameter 🙄🤦 The lombards also have roller thrust washers in the bottom end, rather than a thrust plate so no wonder why they rev 💪💪💪
