I love your Harry Potter haul as well, of course. Fawkes is my favorite. I got the campus backpack, but I want the bucket crossbody too. I totally agree that it has Tavern on the Green vibes. They did a great job on this pattern. Glad to see you here again.
This pattern is my favorite of the HP patterns, but I refuse to get into collecting HP. I don’t need to go down that rabbit hole. Lol. I am already too deep into Disney.

Hope you are refreshed and rejuvenated after your break 🤗 I felt the same way as you going into and coming out of this Harry Potter release 🤣 I didn’t get everything I wanted but I did get a lot and I’m loving all of it!! I also LOVE that Tavern on the Green pattern too! It matches so perfectly with Friends at Hogwarts!!!
I saw what was available in this line in person at my local outlet and was so disappointed ☹️. I wanted to find something… at least one thing I could justify spending the high price on and after looking at everything I was so let down by the quality decline and cost cutting VB has put into these pieces! Both the regular and ditsy prints seemed somewhat washed out and lacked vibrancy. I couldn’t find a single item with good pattern placement for the original print. I finally found one semi- ok placed TZH and kept looking at it puzzled- not knowing what was wrong about it… I walked away and it hit me!!! They have made the TZH SMALLER 😡!! My distaste for VB’s changes have hit an all time high and I am about to the point of only buying second hand older style items. They can’t keep doing this to our beloved bags and think it won’t hurt their bottom line. I know it’s only bags… but they have been a part of my lifestyle for a while and it feels like a breakup may be on the horizon 😢
@@KaiKKoto I hope they find a way to replace the piping with something more eco-friendly. It looks like many of these changes are to reduce the use of plastics- but I don’t see why they couldn’t use recycled materials for piping? How they are made now will surely fall apart much sooner which doesn’t make it any better for the environment :(
Thanx for the review and your in-depth thoughts. I’m not into HP at all, but I would consider getting something in this print because it’s so colorful. The quality issues are very disappointing, ESPECIALLY on something where you have to pay full price. I’m with you and would also keep the backpack since the pattern placement is so good, but you’d think they get it together over the quality 😟 Enjoy all your pretty new finds!!! ❤️👍🏻🎃
Oh wow, I didn’t know this might be potentially last collab with HP. I’m right there with you. I loved this pattern so much when I first saw it. I LOVE the critters from the series. Vera really made this extra cute but still very, very cool. That Phoenix is just so gorgeous. I’m glad you got everything you wanted in it. I am probably going to take a second look to see if I possibly missed anything 😂. After seeing your cord organizer I definitely need to grab that! Loved this video and I love your Small backpack!! I love your picks! I ended up with the Triple Zip, a blanket in the ditsy print and the Dobby Zip ID. I love that they included Crookshanks and the Furry Book of Monsters in the print. ❤️
I’ve heard from two separate sales associates that this is the last one - at least in whatever contract they have with Wizarding World / Warner Bros. I usually buy one or two pieces from each Harry Potter release then wait until they go on clearance for some other pieces. This time I was scared everything would sell out so I got everything I really wanted except for the blanket. I feel like I’m good to wait on one of those and maybe get it when it’s hopefully discounted.
Ah wow :/ thanks for sharing that! And I totally agree. I didn’t want that to happen either. There are still a few things that I want from this collection but I don’t want to spend the money and deal with more quality issues. I hope there’s still some left and they go on sale someday!

I really hope they continue doing Harry Potter patterns, I’ll be so sad honestly if they do stop. I also think selling wise it wouldn’t be that smart of a move on them, there’s so many Harry Potter fans out there that probably would keep collecting something from a HP pattern they come out with
I agree. One of the rumors I heard was that it was a licensing thing. So maybe it is something they could renew? I’m not sure how it all works honestly. But don’t give up hope!

Purchased one of the new Vera totes last month and was disappointed at how bad the quality was. Thin and no piping. Sent it back right away.
