I suffered from anorexia when I was 15. People called me fat because of it. I suffered for years til my family and teachers at school supported me. Remember, you're beautiful as you are. Be comfortable with your body, shape, size. Look in a mirror in the bathroom or bedroom and say I'm beautiful, I'm stronger than this. Repeat this every morning, eat what you can. Yoga helps too. It helped me so why not you? Try it, it help wonders.

Masks are what you could call my confidence boost, some people find it weird that I wear a face mask and sometimes even say “Take off your mask, you don’t need to wear it anymore…” but I wear it for my confidence not to avoid getting covid. I feel weird not wearing a mask in public spaces due to my lack in confidence of my appearance and also because face masks are more of a fashion thing for me too… thank you for the compliment!

Honestly, I had a similar condition to this before. In middle school, because of all the bullying and mental abuse at home, my depression got so bad that I stopped eating pretty much completely and one day I had to get sent to the nurse’s office because my blood sugar was so low I nearly passed out.

I've never had anorexia but I'm still the type of girl who hates what she looks like and wishes she could change things about herself, but after hearing how much Bakugo loves us and thinks we're beautiful made me feel a lot better about myself. Talk to a loved one that you trust, talk to your doctor, it's important to talk, it's hard yes,but think of Kirishima, he's scared at times but even so,he goes on. Like he would say "even the manliest people are scared,and it's okay, because we're tiny humans" so be manly, talk to someone you trust,even if you're scared. ❤️ You can do it, I did it,and so will you. Been through this from an ED perspective but now that I’ve recovered from that I have POTS (a chronic fainting condition triggered by irregular blood pressure and heart rate and all that jazz). It’s nice to like have an anime husbando tell me I’m okay on the days when I’m just walking down the street and then wake up in the back of an ambulance (happens at least once a month sometimes more).
