If everything would be privatized then we will get more facility in instance and no-one will slave of politicians this types of thought should be occurred to us when our government doesn't feel up to providing good facilities
I think privatisation would be good if we do it because all developed Countries is doing and lot of country did privatisation private company provides good service compared to government service but in India most of the people are poor so it would be difficult for some people to manage theri income in the private World.

Nice Question Mr. Roshan , see the main advantage of speaking English is to get easily communicate with people either in government sector or in private . It doesn't mean that if you can't speak English you can't get private job or government job . English is global language , so it will develop your personality , improve way of speaking ,etc.
