In case you didn't know, Buttons galore is a great place to buy buttons and so much more. They have all year-long buttons and special holidays, school, garden, food, animals, fairytales, and so much more. Glitter, fillers, and if you make barrets or bows, they carry the filler to put in the clear plastic. Hope you like them.
I'm a sewer, and I want to make those 3 stuffed trees for my table center, but I'm going to use a more generic print, so they can be used during the rest of the year as well. I can add little embellishments to the wood blocks according to the season! Also loved the potpourri bags!
I love making these pillows with glue , I actually use my regular hot glue.
Hot glue all the way. Bargain Bethany made a throw blanket and matching pillow out of Dollar Tree Christmas placemats a few years ago. It's one of my favorite DIYs from her.

Love the christmas card holder! I really love that it's on the small side and portable! So cute and easily personalized! Most Christmas card holders are quite large/long and I never have enough cards to fill it up and it just looks so sad. This would be perfect!
Using Hot Glue!!! Even though I'm a sewer...it's ok for the type of projects that you made!!! The candy canes are adorable..I'm doing those and the embroidery hoop ornaments ❤😊

I love this video, it has to be one of my favorite. Some parts of these you can do with kids, depending on the age.
I sew and love that things last longer when you sew them. Yes, it's more work, but it also gives a more finished look. That being said, not everyone wants or knows how to sew. This does give an alternative. Thanks so much for sharing.

For the tree ornament, maybe create two and place the backs together adding in some potpourri and/or cinnamon sticks inside.

I love the pillows Shannon...so nice! I love the Christmas card holder too. I plan to still send some cards this year even though I'm moving. It's overwhelming but I make a lot of cards for every holiday so Christmas won't get left out this year even though other holiday's will. The 3-D Christmas trees, ornaments, and embroider hoop wreath for the door is adorable! I enjoyed seeing what you made today!🎄

I made those Place mat pillows about 5 years ago , But have not seen any of those place mats in Dollar Tree since . I use them almost every year.

Sewing is my first choice.
I’ve never tried the hot glue when making a pillow, and I’m to old to change things now. I was looking at fall placemats today to make for our fall festival at church, they had several to choose from at Dollar General. I may try the glue and make one for myself, then if it don’t work out I can sew it on my machine. I love watching your creativity Shannon!!!
With the larger hoop, if you used a less Christmas fabric and a winter fabric with the snow flake and skis it would transition through until February. Love the fabric trees also
