Thanks for a nice and informative report. Some comments: cutlery LOT is using in Economy is biodegradable wooden one, not plastic. Majority of their service items are now biodegradable or recyclable. Regarding economy food - yeah, same level as LH, LX or other big airlines, except Turkish obviously and Middle East ones. But I would not expect anything bigger or fancier in Economy class from any other airline. On short haul they serve waaaaaaay more in economy than most of other airlines anyway, so their service is, I would say, even above average. And next time try their premium classes - Business Class is in my opinion fantastic - definitely better than LH or Swiss!
Hello did they scale your luggages? I am anxious to exceed the weight limit :( moreover, can I get on qith backpack and cabin luggage? I dont have additional luggage just those two.
I would also agree that Skytrax ratings are usually unreliable. But, just in this case, taking into consideration my smooth ride to India in conjunction with the small inconsistencies the airlines had: I would say that the LOT3* rating is correct.
I fly Qantas 8 hr flight Sydney To Singapore and you only get one silver container with food ! No tray any more and bread roll Before landing! That all ! Delhi is so polluted always wondering haw people can live there ? I always have sore throat when in Delhi! Delhi airport is amazing compared to Warsaw!
Thanks for watching the video! I always have wanted to fly on Qantas, maybe once I have the opportunity to do I will eat up on the terminal beforehand :) Delhi has its pros and cons. Pro being the wonderful airport and con being the air pollution hahah. Looking forward to their new Jewar airport which is currently in construction and also hoping some new government polices/interventions which will lead to the reduced air pollution in the future!

They do weigh the luggages at the time of check-in. Therefore, I would not exceed the weight limit as they might charge you extra for that!

If you have European residence permit or Schengen visa then you can go out.

SKYTRAX comparision LOL, and now try LH5* vs LOT3* on flight to Delhi and suddenly you realize it's totally unreliable.
