39:00-end is so good. You guys are amazing, I’m blown away by the awesome stuff you talk about and how healthy and aware you are about life. … especially with all those things you have to deal with, some people might be envious of your “fame and privilege“ or whatever but, although I’m happy for you, I really acknowledge the crazy difficulties you have to deal with because of it. People should be nice to you guys, but I guess some of them have their own mental health issues.
When I was growing up mental health was never talked about, I got very good at keeping things inside and sort of toughening up. By the time I was 12 I learned how to stop myself from crying no matter what the situation. For 25 years I thought that meant I was doing good, and then at some point all that stuff started coming back up. Now I’ve got an internal shit-show to deal with, my mind is a lil wacko, (although I’m pretty awesome too), and I’m listening to Hollywood girls half my age and learning better stuff than I probably ever got from older generations.
(Sorry this is so long.)
I think humans have been kind of fucked up and competing and conflicting with each other forever, and right now it’s like a tipping point, a critical mass of us are just done with the old crap, we know life can be a lot better, we can do it together, and we’re doing the dirty work right here right now, evolving positively. Thanks for being awesome and positive and sharing so openly! 🙏😊

Here’s another idea, I get great benefit by going somewhere no one can hear me and sitting in front of a mirror and just talking to myself out loud, saying all the stuff I would never say if anyone could hear it. And those thoughts that I try to pretend aren’t going through the back of my mind….I just say em out loud, no matter how fucked up insane or cringey they sound. It’s so fucking helpful. And if the thoughts aren’t flowing I add a little smokey-smoke, maybe a few drinks, and boom stuff just comes pouring out. It’s instant, free, gets you to the raw truth and beyond, therapeutic,… super helpful.
And kinda crazy fun too 😁😁

I respect all the young kids of celebrities because y’all were able to choose but to be 1000% honest I’m sure celebrities kids get opportunities that some kids that came from nothing and work their butts off to get their and lose a role due to people like y’all. I feel like everyone should start at the same spot but unfortunately, that’s the type of world we live in. It’s like that In every country, it’s even worse In places like China and Russia.
