Taking care of the elderly should be a standard, not an exception, don't you think? To be perfectly honest, this Islamist has a point: the UK care home system is a disgrace, has been for decades. Elderly abuse, neglect and mistreatment are a given. There are thousands and thousands of cases where the elderly in the care homes are repeatedly beaten, harassed, shouted at, s6xually violated. It's going on in nearly every care home! The fact is the Brits prefer money and social status to the well-being of their elderly. Oh, they would have to give up that fancy job and take care of their elderly family members?- nah, that's not going to happen! They will rather shoo their grandma into a care home and pay extortionate costs, just as long as they can live their cushy lives. That's why the elderly in the UK have one of the highest rates of chronic loneliness. They rank high on the "general well-being" charts because they have access to expensive medication and material stuff...but stuff does not make anybody less lonelier. The elderly pass away lonely, with no family around them when they take their last breaths.

I am a Christian and my granny lives with us . She is at the age where she poops on herself, can't walk and eats 3 suppers or eats breakfast twice because she forgets very very quickly . My mother has a nurse who comes in and helps take care of my granny . Although my granny lives with us we are not always at the house so that's why my mother hired a nurse . I think all people should do this because she will be less lonely and your grandmother will be living with the family

Taking care of the elderly should be a standard, not an exception, don't you think? To be perfectly honest, this Islamist has a point: the UK care home system is a disgrace, has been for decades. Elderly abuse, neglect and mistreatment are a given. There are thousands and thousands of cases where the elderly in the care homes are repeatedly beaten, harassed, shouted at, s6xually violated. It's going on in nearly every care home!
The fact is the Brits prefer money and social status to the well-being of their elderly. Oh, they would have to give up that fancy job and take care of their elderly family members?- nah, that's not going to happen! They will rather shoo their grandma into a care home and pay extortionate costs, just as long as they can live their cushy lives.
That's why the elderly in the UK have one of the highest rates of chronic loneliness. They rank high on the "general well-being" charts because they have access to expensive medication and material stuff...but stuff does not make anybody less lonelier. The elderly pass away lonely, with no family around them when they take their last breaths.

I think all people should do this because she will be less lonely and your grandmother will be living with the family
