I suffer from high functioning Anxiety and a strong desire to be perfect and never make mistakes or do things wrong. That is my stronghold. I have constantly broken free of it and gone right back to it. I want to be permanently free.

i’m similar, when I do mess up or feel not good enough I talk negatively to myself and then spiral to self pity. let us take every untruthful thought captive and submit it to Christ! let’s destroy these strongholds and break the cycle! 👊🏻🙏🏻
