Hi! I came across your video and I wanted to share a little bit of my journey. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea around the year 2016, I was given a CPAP machine and let me tell you it was not easy sleeping with a mask on my face to the point I stop using it. I have other medical conditions as well and the year of 2022 I ended up in the hospital, and I had a scare so I made sure i used my machine and let me tell you it was the best thing! I felt so restless and with more energy, no headaches and naps during the day. It will be tough in the beginning have to sleep with a mask on your face but you will feel so much better. I wish the best! God bless 😊

You can always request nasal pillows if you can’t tolerate the mask.
@beckyl306 I used the mask last night for the 1st time. It's wasn't awful. I think I need the full mask because I mouth breath too. Thank 😊

Yes I have sleep apnea . I use my c- pap always. I would never be without it. You have different options as far as head gear so don’t get discouraged if one doesn’t work. I use the nasal pillow system. I didn’t like the mask. To many air leaks and hard to fit properly. But you will feel so much better

I think customs is causing a lot of the damage to DP’s. I’ve been getting orders not in Temu mailers and orders that were shipped separately & placed quite a few days apart, all shoved into one gray mailer. Yesterday I received an order like this & a shirt I ordered was literally wadded into a ball & shoved in its ziplock bag. Every time I’ve ordered any clothing it’s been neatly folded, not like that! It was obvious that customs dug thru everything & then just crammed everything into another mailer! Grrr
You might be right. Generally I don't have much of an issue but this one was the worst I've gotten. Thanks for watching. Take care 🥰
